Most of our sessions together will take place in a traditional therapy office, or virtually if preferred. If you decide to move forward with Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (through collaboration with a medical provider), these unique sessions will take place in a secondary environment that is designed to accommodate the specific needs of this approach.
Both spaces are nestled in the Grandview Co-Work building, which is conveniently located near The Summit in Birmingham, AL.

Our work together will start here (or virtually), as we explore what your goals are and how we may be able to collaborate on your mental health journey. Most of our sessions together will take place in this office, which is a great space for Brainspotting, EMDR, consultation, integration, and check-in/follow-up from any work we may have done previously.
KAP OFFICE
KAP Office
Because Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a unique therapeutic experience, it also requires a specialized and intentional setting. This room has been meticulously designed to facilitate inner-directed therapeutic work, and I would love to work together in this space if this approach feels right for you!
